Pretty Bird Farm in Rosemont, NJ is having its Garden Conservancy Open Day on August 20th from 10 am to 4 pm. and is inviting the River Rats to join them again for the third year! All Artsbridge members are welcome to participate.

Ideally, artists set up at 9 am, or sooner if they prefer to start painting early, and stay as long as they like. You don't have to stay until 4 pm. The garden is open rain or shine, but the farm will advertise our participation as “weather permitting in the chance of rain or high wind.” You are welcome to bring a tent and sell paintings, as long as you weight your tent legs in case of wind bursts. Visitors come through all day and stop to see what the painters are creating. You can give them your business card if they have an interest in your work. It’s a nice way to interact with people who don’t know about plein air painting.
